This is proof of DEAF (hearing impaired) card. If without card, its mean can hear and talk.

Next time if people are deaf to ask u something for $$, u can ask them show u their deaf member cards.

Well, i used my sign language hands to communiate with deaf people. when hearing people don't know how to sign language then write on pad/notebook for english only. I don't know chinese words.

Most Deaf would carry this card around, but they won't really flash it around.

not all of them are really Deaf, sad to say.

but quite offending to those who are really deaf and yet still request them to show the card just bcos we wan to cfm they are deaf in order to buy the items..maybe can just shake head if not buying...
